My original order was placed on March 29. I did not receive my order for a full 2 months and a few days. The order was not processed
immediately because the website was not up-to-date with their
inventory, their customer service did not offer viable solutions, so instead
we wasted weeks going back and forth until I could GUESS which shoes they
had in stock. When asked about how I could return them, as my daughter would not be able to wear them for as long as initially thought, they said they could not do anything because the order was processes. Total sham.
