We are delighted with the air conditioning unit that Laurence and team installed in our loft bedroom. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Laurence came to see us for a no-obligation survey, talked us through the options, reassured us about our concerns (penetrating the roof membrane (not necessary), external unit noise (can’t hear it from any practically achievable distance) and let us choose the right option for us, without being pushy. On the day of the install, Laurence attended in person, to get his team set up (team were also great - polite, efficient, tidy) and then checking in at the end. We also as an extra asked to have our unit colour matched, which looks fantastic. Once installed, the unit works like a charm, and the phone app which allows you switch it on from downstairs before bedtime is great.
