“Lawrence and the team have been amazing. From start to finish they have been utterly professional and the whole process has gone without a hitch. Having found them online, and having no previous experience of aircon companies, it is hard to gauge how good they were going to be. Where LAC were so different to other companies I called, Lawrence actually came and looked around the house and advised us on what options we had. He was also very competitive on pricing.
The team of engineers installed aircon in 4 bedrooms in a day and a half and they went above an beyond when redecorating the areas where they had cut into for the piping, in fact you would have never known they had been there! Finally the wonderful Toto who painted all the units so that they blended in. An amazing service that really was the icing on the cake. If you are looking to put aircon in your house, I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“We have been looking for loft room aircon for a while. However with so many options we didn't know where to start. Loft air conditioning carried out a full install of around 5 units at our friends house. She could not have been more impressed, especially with the care they take with horizontal pipe Routing to avoid any chance of moisture release, which was a problem with some other systems we had looked at. They also use a brand new pipe covering which is not like the usual pipe lagging birds love to steal for nests.
Lawrence and the team were exceptional. Very professional, friendly and most importantly very tidy. There was no disruption to our home and the unit was fully installed including wiring and making good of surfaces within 1 day !! The team were great and our dog Mabel was most impressed . She has spent the rest of the day making her bed under the new air con.
We have had to check that it is actually on as it is so quiet ! I can't believe how good it is .

“We are delighted with the air conditioning unit that Laurence and team installed in our loft bedroom.
From start to finish, the service was excellent. Laurence came to see us for a no-obligation survey, talked us through the options, reassured us about our concerns (penetrating the roof membrane (not necessary), external unit noise (can’t hear it from any practically achievable distance) and let us choose the right option for us, without being pushy.
On the day of the install, Laurence attended in person, to get his team set up (team were also great - polite, efficient, tidy) and then checking in at the end.
We also as an extra asked to have our unit colour matched, which looks fantastic.
Once installed, the unit works like a charm, and the phone app which allows you switch it on from downstairs before bedtime is great.
