Laurence came to see us for a no-obligation survey, talked us through the options, reassured us about our concerns (penetrating the roof membrane (not necessary), external unit noise (can\u2019t hear it from any practically achievable distance) and let us choose the right option for us, without being pushy. \r\n\r\nOn the day of the install, Laurence attended in person, to get his team set up (team were also great - polite, efficient, tidy) and then checking in at the end. \r\n\r\nWe also as an extra asked to have our unit colour matched, which looks fantastic.\r\n\r\nOnce installed, the unit works like a charm, and the phone app which allows you switch it on from downstairs before bedtime is great. \r\n\r\nThank you Laurence and team - we can now look forward to enjoying our London summer. \r\n\r\nStephen \r\nWimbledon "
