I've been ordering cups, straws, & lids for my business from here for YEARS. This week, I accidentally ordered the wrong product (the button right next to the one I've always ordered). I realized the mishap when the order came in and immediately messaged customer service. The email I received had no actual response from a team member, just a direct quote from an outdated policy from 2021 when COVID made it so that no store really took returns anymore.
To be clear, I just wanted to EXCHANGE for the product I meant to order, and this outdated policy stated that they refuse to take returns/exchanges on mistaken orders. It's bull. You still get my money, just not as much. I have no use for the product I ordered by mistake, so it's now MY JOB to figure out how to get rid of the UNOPENED cups when they could easily bring me the ones I wanted to order and take the other ones back with them. It's 2025, Lollicup, get with the program and fix your 'policy'.
Terrible customer service. Unless this is righted, I will never use them again and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.
