I placed an order on 6/5 and they sent a tracking number on 6/8. I thought that was fast considering reviews stating that they take a long time to ship. I emailed them a few days after receiving the tracking number asking when it would ship since the tracking details state that it still hasn't been picked up yet. The customer support agent responded and stated that they take a few days to ship out orders and prep the shipping labels in advance. Another week passed by without the shipment moving so I email support again. They took 1.5 WEEKS to respond and stated that the shipment was lost and they'd ship a new order out in a few days. I'm going out of town for 2 weeks so it's likely this order will arrive when I'm out of town. This is unacceptable. The level of service is disappointing and they don't do anything to correct their orders. They should've rushed the shipment and pushed to ship the next day and pay for overnight shipping. I'm never going to order through them again. It's not worth the frustrating experience and poor customer service.
