Placed an order. A partial order was sent. Respectfully I followed protocol with regard to customer service and have NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Calling the company only leads to the ongoing automated response, "they are busy assisting other customers" DM on Facebook should not be the only way to communicate with this company. If you have processed a payment for an order there is no excuse for delaying with followup to a customer who only wants what they PAID for.
