I called them a few times and dealt with many different people for quotes in a dishwasher. Each time they were patient, very pleasant and very helpful answering all my questions about the different products. I finally chose a dishwasher and James was very helpful, we must have gone through about 5/6 different options as I am quite indecisive! James talked about each in detail, he was great and very informative. I decided on the NEFF brand dishwasher. Great value for money. Customer service with this company has been great and I would happily recommend them.
