Long Eaton have been very supportive in the purchase of our induction hob. Originally we specified a gas version (Elica flame) but were unable to totally change the gas supply. Consequently, Long Eaton agreed to change the hob to the induction version. We had not installed the gas model but it was some 6months later that we discovered our gas supply issue. They swooped hobs saving us the cost of a brand new one.
