Great company to deal with and I would recommend. I only ordered a chimney cooker hood but discovered that I had made a mistake after it was delivered. They were unable to advise me on a replacement (due to being very busy) but after trawling through their extensive stock list I found a suitable replacement. They kindly arranged for the original product to be collected when the replacement was delivered and only charged me £30. Considering that the problem was my error they were superb in helping me resolve it. The pricing of the product was very competitive and they price match.
