I bought a range and due to Covid there was a delay in getting it delivered from the manufacturer. Long Eaton appliances offered a full refund even though we had paid in full upon purchase without any hesitation or quibble and were still very polite and friendly even when we wanted a refund. Fabulous customer service. I will definitely buy from them in the future.
