You can tell the quality of a company more by what they do when things go wrong. Bought a Bloomberg dishwasher from this company, & it switched off, the sensor detected a leak inside the machine, engineer came and did his best to repair it, it leaked again, engineer came again & identified the issue this time as a rubber seal, (I believe this is due to the manufacturing or assembly when new) There seemed to me a lack of a sense of urgency by the repairing company not linked Long Eaton I should add. I emailed the customer service manager at Long Eaton asking for the machine to be taken back as I did not feel the machine was fit for purpose, the same day I received a confirmation that they would come and collect the machine and return my money in full. Obviously they suggested an exchange but I asked for a refund which was immediately agreed to. I personally want to deal with companies that can not only supply a product at a fair price BUT can also be trusted to be there when there is an issue. My take is that Long Eaton were the real victim here Beko couldn't manage the assembly of their machine, & the servicing company showed a lack of a sense of urgency on keeping me in the loop on the repair. Long Eaton was let down by the parties in the chain yet stood up to be counted and in my opinion went above & beyond. On that basis I've ordered my replacement dishwasher from them and will look to them first for all my appliances. On the basis of my experience thus far I would not hesitate to recommend them.
