I needed to replace a tired dishwasher. My choice of a Bosch model was not available anywhere so I fell for a model rated as almost as good by Which? I ordered from another supplier and it was defective and useless. in fairness the supplier, Boots Kitchen appliances, took it back without the slightes hesitence from the very start. I then went to Long Eaton who recommended a Neff. I quizzed them on this and they seemed confident that I would like this one. I did and I do. they were not at all 'pushy', just confident so I will be looking at long Eaton when I need another appliance.
