I'm totally blown away by the exemplary customer care shown by this company. I purchased a Miele WTR860 washer dryer a month ago. It was delivered, installed and works like a dream. This model was very hard to source at a good price, as it had just come onto the market. Long Eaton Appliances gave the best deal so I took the plunge and was glad. A very big thank you goes out to Michael, Sally, the delivery drivers and last but not least, Dave (company Manager). I've already made the recommendation to my colleagues. Xx
