Great company to deal with. I bought a Neff dishwasher to replace my 15 year old Neff appliance, which had given excellent service. Unfortunately the new one didn't measure up in washing quality. After getting the go ahead from Neff, a free return and full refund was arranged by Long Eaton Appliance Company, in just a few days. Great customer service. I would recommend this company.
