We had a very pleasant experience in store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We took delivery of our fridge-freezer within a few days. We were kept up to date as to an approximate delivery time the evening before and then on the day they gave us a more specific time slot and literally 10-15 mins from delivery the delivery men contacted us to tell us how far away they were!!! We were mightily impressed! Unfortunately when the fridge freezer was put in situ we noticed a dent in the door so the delivery man took photos and was straight onto the phone to report the fault and a new door was ordered there and then and within days the new door was delivered and someone else came to fit it for us!!!! Our experience with LEA was first class from beginning to end and we cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you all at LEA.
