After being let down (twice) by a large, well-known online company, I cut my losses and contacted a local firm. They were amazing. The salesman on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. There was very little difference between the price compared to the online store and the fitting was cheaper. The fitter even took my old appliance away free of charge which also saved money compared to online. The item was delivered and fitted within a week and I was very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.
