Ordered my kitchen appliances from long eaton , I ordered over the phone and they beat or matched prices on everything I required. They gave a date when they would arrive and got in touch when they did to arrange delivery to me. Items arrived as promised when they were required by my kitchen fitters. The cooker hood which arrived was damaged looked liked it was packed damaged as the box wasn’t, not long eaton fault aeg fault . A phone call to long eaton and a replacement was ordered right away without any quibble at all they then delivered it to me when it arrived and collected the damaged item First class service from start to finish can’t recommend enough many thanks John booth
