Extremely helpful and friendly staff when speaking on the phone and going through the ordering process etc. Good advice given resulting in the purchase of a very nice dishwasher which turned out to be cheaper than the one I had had in mind originally. Delivery drivers arrived promptly as arranged also cheerful and friendly.
