In the early weeks, we had an issue with oven functions. This was eventually resolved, when after hours of experimenting, 3 of the control knobs were found to have been positioned incorrectly!
More seriously, our emails and phone calls remained unanswered and we were left to fend for ourselves.
We are however, delighted with the unit, now that it works.
