The company actually had a person to call and they were very helpful as I had to find a fridge to fit an existing built in space. There were supply delays on all electrical goods from Germany at the time and they gave a realistic timescale (unlike some online stores who claimed it was in stock when it wasn't) and it arrived a bit early.
