We visited your showrooms at Long Eaton to look at appliances for the new kitchen and utility room in the bungalow we were refurbishing. There, we were attended to very courteously and knowledgeably by your representative, Michael Killackey. Following our visit, he sent us prices for alternatives for a whole range of appliances, and subsequently revised them as we decided on specific models. Although it was some time before we were ready to accept the appliances, we were pleased to see that there had been only a slight increase in the prices quoted. All the appliances arrived promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately, soon after we moved in, it was discovered that Sue needed to be fitted with a heart pacemaker, and we had to replace the induction hob because they are incompatible with pacemakers. Once again, Michael was very helpful in suggesting alternatives for the induction hob; and we eventually chose a ceramic hob as a replacement. Throughout the process, we found that nothing was too much trouble for Michael in helping us to get the best possible products. Later, when one of our sons was looking for a replacement appliance, we recommended your company, and particularly Michael, and our son was delighted with the advice he received.
