I would like to thank and commend you on your outstanding service from enquiry to delivery. I encountered poor service from every appliance supplier, large and small, as i required an induction hob of a specific make and size, Despite being advertised by others as available, in stock etc, this model was apparently discontinued. However due to the patience of all your staff the model was just allocated a different serial number and available for immediate delivery. Although being away for several months you held this item for me and deleivery was arranged as soon as i returned. Truly a first class service which other suppliers just could not be bothered doing.
