We needed to replace our faulty Neff combination oven. We looked around locally unsuccessfully, and came across Long Eaton Appliances on our i-pad. From the initial contact with their representative Michael by phone on a saturday, everything went smoothly. We paid a deposit by card, they rang to confirm delivery after the weekend (which was free), and confirmed the delivery time the day before, the new oven actually arrived 10 minutes early !. We paid the balance over the phone to the store as they brought the new oven into the house. The delivery men wore protective over shoes and were very carefull not to leave any trace of their visit. We are very pleased with our dealings with this Company and have recommended them to our frienda and family . We will definately use them again if/when the need arises for other appliances.
