I looked at several options of where to purchase our new Rangemaster 110 gas range cooker and The Long Eaton Appliance Company were far and away the best result for us. I phoned them, (and actually got to talk to a salesman within seconds) I explained what we wanted and was given a verbal quote straight away followed by an email a couple of minutes later. I rang back the next day to order the cooker and was given an estimated delivery date with a revised quote which was even less than the very competitive quote I already had. The cooker was ordered there and then over the phone. I rang after a couple of weeks to get an update on delivery and was told about three weeks, I asked if there was any chance of improving on that time and the salesman promised to ring the manufacturer to check. He rang me back within minutes to say that the delivery was possible for the following week. The delivery was made within the time slot by two very efficient and pleasant gentlemen who put the cooker in the kitchen, exactly where I wanted it, and told me to contact the company if there were any problems at all. The cooker is now installed and working very well, I cannot rate this company too highly. I will certainly do business with them again.
