It was a real pleasure to deal with this company. I could actually talk to a live person who's first language was English and who spoke clearly. But the person had the knowledge of the products I wanted to buy (expensive ovens) and the authority to talk about prices. I finished up with the right products at the right price and delivery came (from memory) on the correct day or even a day early. It was certainly not late. I would buy from Long Eaton Appliance Company again without hesitation.
