Telephone contact is a pleasure with staff being friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery information is excellent with the delivery driver calling ahead to keep you updated on progress. Speaking with Michael Killackery is both fun and extremely helpful. Even when things don't quite work out, staff are extremely helpful, especially Sally the Smeg representative.
