We visited LE Appliances in June when we were at the building stage of our extension. We were served by the wonderful Michael Killackey who took so much time to show us the full range of appliances we needed (Gas hob, built in double electric oven, American style F/F, integrated dishwasher and extractor). The price in total was below what we anticipated so we paid a deposit and were assured the items would be stored with no charge up to six months. This was a bonus as we hit some snags with building regulations which set us back a couple of months. When we were ready for delivery we spoke to one of Michael’s colleagues on the phone, paid the balance and had the items delivered within a few days. The delivery crew were amazing as they had to negotiate what was basically still a building site outside, and they took tremendous care not to damage the newly installed bifold doors especially tricky to get the FF in with inches to spare. After committing to the purchase we checked the items we purchased online and not one retailer could match anywhere near the prices we had paid. We chose Long Eaton Appliances as we had previously purchased appliances from them in the past for our previous kitchen and were impressed with the service. The showroom is amazing and it is clear all the staff enjoy working in such a great environment. There was no pressure and no issues with the transaction from visiting the showroom to delivery. Absolutely seamless process. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our building process was quite stressful with all the setbacks we had to face, but the service we received from Long Eaton didn’t contribute to any of this. Thank you!
