After my initial enquiry I had a follow up email quote, as I was awaiting a sum of money that didn't come through for about 8 weeks post quote, I was surprised and impressed that the price had not changed, I left a deposit of just under half the balance which was actually more than they required and on order my lovely cooker was, it took the time of delivery that I was given and they were happy to hold for a few more weeks till I was ready for it to be delivered, both men who delivered it were very friendly and I was concerned as we live in a non vehicle cul de sac with a couple of steps but they were no fazed by this, my score from start to finish would be 10 out of 10 and a BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE
