I was astonished by the service I received from Long Eaton Appliance Company. They did what they said they would, the couriers they use could not have been more helpful. This may sound a rather strange review but, I am now used to shoddy customer service, and delivery drivers who like to find reasons why they can't deliver to our 4th floor flat in the centre of Edinburgh. I would use this Company again for any future purchases. They are infinitely superior to any of the giant Companies who purport to offer a similar service. 15/10 I'd say!
