We ordered an AEG cooker hood on 5th June, 2017 and were told that we would receive a phone call within 24-48 hours on delivery. This however did not happen. Upon checking with Long Eaton, Gareth Spencer and James of Long Easton, the item finally reached us in Aberdeen on 19th June. There seemed to be a communication breakdown causing the delay, We nonetheless appreciated the prompt responses of Gareth and James who put the matter right for us. A big thank you to both.
