The delivery service is what sealed it for me. I had had a previous appliance sractched by another compnay because they did not explore my concerns over access issues to my property and pass then onto delivery personne I had none of these problems with Long Eaton Appliance Centre. I had taken some photos showing the access issues a wall in the way, a step and narrow doors. I reaad all the reiviews including one where they got an apliance up to a fourth floor flat in Edinburgh.When the delivery personnel arrived witht he Liebherr Fridge it was clear the access issues had been communicated to them as the fridge had come in its packaging as I requested. They got out of the van first without the fridge to disscuss how to get it in safely. I found this very reasuring, considerate and professional. The fridge was carried in and set up for me. Once again from shop floor to delivery(particuarly delivery ) a reasuring, considerate and professional service. I will not go anywhere else for appliances in the future. I am gauranteed a Long Eaton Appliance Compnay customer for life.
