Very efficient and friendly ordering service. Bit disappointed that there was no second attempt to contact me when oven ready for delivery. First contact failed and I had to contact you, some 3 weeks after item was ready for delivery. Actual delivery then very good but superficial damage to oven. You responded immediately to arrange for Bosch Engineer to replace damaged part.
