We decided to use a smaller supplier to purchase our new cooker. But at no point was it obvious on the website that there would be a 4 week wait for it. We could of cancelled (nearly did) as the bigger suppliers were offering to deliver within 5 days as they hold a small stock, but after a couple of email chats with sales, I was hopeful it would have been sooner. A little disapointed that after spending nearly £1000 there was not more communication from staff just letting us know that the purchase was appreciated and they hadn't forgot us. When eventually i got a call to arrange delivery they could only do a certain day not when i was available. Kept saying no cant deliver that day up north. The delivery men were super nice though very thoughtful and professional and i appreciated that very much. The cooker is really good and im getting used to it.
