Really pleased with the kitchen. The installers were polite and have done a good job, the score would have been very good but 6 weeks after the main install and three from the floor being laid we are still waiting for the last items to be fitted. If I could give one bit of feedback, you need to update your clients, We have chased twice over different things, the last time two weeks ago, we were told it would be finished last week, as yet it hasn’t and neither have we had any communication to say when it will be. It has left us with slightly negative feelings which is a real shame.
