I had previously ordered a sink with a different company which was badly damaged in transit due to a careless delivery company. UK Stock was virtually non-existent and most companies told me they wouldn't be able to source the same sink from Smeg until at least mid-September. Staff member Michael went above and beyond and made the effort to contact the manufacturer directly and source one of very few which were remaining in Italy to be shipped to the UK, which arrived a month earlier than any other supplier could offer!
