I was initially attracted to the site having Googled a particular appliance and then price checked it. I needed six kitchen appliances and the two most expensive items were 20% less than AO and Currys. The other four items were equivalent. Now, I know the "big boys" offer a price match but if they can't give me their best price when they advertise, I would always place my order with a company that does. LEAC did not offer me next day service like AO but the three days I had to wait was more than compensated by saving a few hundred pounds. Their staff were polite and accommodating and gave me great advice as my original order would have been a mismatch and Michael explained this and helped me with alternatives. Delivery was on time and, again, the crew were polite and helpful. I have awarded 5* because they ticked all my boxes, especially on price and service, but if I was needing a next day delivery to replace a failed item, I 'm not sure if they could do it. It's not a question I asked as I was in no hurry and still blinded by saved £££ signs
