I waited a month...patiently. It was only when I called that the company seemed to become aware that I didnt have the product. They were extremely friendly and efficient in dealing with it then....but I had to persuade them to reduce the delivery...which they declined to do. When they called back they reduced the delivery by 15 pounds. They declare honest...of which they are...and family orientated standings as to how they operate. I thank them for their time. Why dont we all just admit that thats how the world works instead of doing a PR interpretation of the events. Things go wrong....its how you put them right that matters.
