Swift, cheery and helpful service. A freezer ordred at the weekend was cheerfully swapped for another (cheaper) one once I realised I had made a mistake. The refund was applied immediatly and the alternative unit arrived this morning and was put in place by two cheery guys. What more can one ask for?
