Absolutely useless. First they "sold" us a freezer promising 3 day delivery. Next day they rang and said it was out of stock and it's a 2 month wait. That in itself was annoying enough but we really wanted that particular freezer. 4 weeks later they rang again to say that freezer has been discontinued but if we spend another £50 we can have a "similar model" .
Needless to say, we will NEVER use these bunch of clowns ever again and I strongly suggest any readers to use Argos (as we did) and avoid the hassel.
