Having checked on line for a product spec / availability and price, I came across Long Eaton Appliances. I visited the showroom, which is very impressive! I discussed the pros and cons with one of the lads (Matt??) and he gave me a price. This was much cheaper than John Lewis. Having placed the order my new coffee machine arrived within a few days. I was kept informed of the delivery date and approximate time by email. Excellent service!
