My wife and I were looking to replace our kitchen. After visiting a numbers of suppliers’, all of which could not give us what we wanted, we decided to go looking for appliances at Long Eaton. We have used them a number of times in the past 20 years, and have always found them to be very competitive and easy to deal with. When we arrived at the Showroom, we realised they also supplied kitchens as well as appliances and chose to look at if they could do the design we wanted for us. We met with Ian to discuss designs and he came to measure the kitchen, and subsequently came up with a design we both found suitable. Nothing was too much of a problem and everything was possible (a very refreshing attitude). We agreed the price and choose all new electrical appliances and set a start date. The fitter Craig, and the electrician Mark, kept us informed all through the work and the timescales of each stage, which went to plan. I also was particularly impressed with the care that they took whilst working in our house. The quality of the fitting was particularly impressive and the finished product far surpassed our expectations.
