Awful customer service!!!
When I was ordering the book there was no warning about possible delays. The book was sent only on the day it was supposed to be already delivered. So I received it way too late after the event it was intended for.
Moreover, the first page was badly stained.
I’ve sent several emails with a request for a partial refund. All of them were ignored.
Very disappointing:(
