I have tried to get a hold of someone for almost 3 weeks! Have not herd back from anyone regarding this order. This order has been delivered to the wrong address. The recipient never received it. I am requesting a refund or for it to be shipped to the correct address. Which has now been updated. Why is it so difficult to gete s hold of someone from customer service! it says "we will get back to you within 24 hours" that no TRUE!!!
Please someone get back to me as soon as possible!!!
