I placed an order last week and paid for premium shipping. My book was supposed to come today. Im notified it wont be here till the 23rd. ON TOP OF THAT, I tried tracking the book and I was told the address wasnt the same as the one I provided. They told me that if I dont intercept, it will be sent back. I tried to intercept, but for some reason I can't even enter the address of the wrong destination, therefore, i cant intercept. I tried reaching put to lovebook and no one has got back to me. Horrible customer service thus far. Im still waiting... :(
