Don’t trust this website, hotel wasn’t as described on their site. Argued with the hotel - royal start ‘luxury’ beach resort, ended up checking out 10 hours after check. Hotel said to contact love holidays then love holidays said no refund as hotel refuse to pay it. After weeks waiting for a response form my complaint I got an email to say the hotel don’t know anything about my complaint so I should have mentioned it. EVEN THOUGH I ARGUED WITH THEM AND SPOKE TO MULTIPLE MANAGERS. Company shouldn’t be still going, refuses to accept they have falsely advertised a luxury 4* resort. Response was that different countries consider * differently. I’d expect a 4* luxury resort to at least be clean and that I would get the room so clearly stated in my email confirmation. Not a crappy dirty room facing an abandoned hospital on a main road full of cars all night long. First and last time ever using them. Don’t recommend! Drinks served in plastic cups, sheets and towels old and dirty, room dirty, restaurant looked bang average plated and cups dirty, bar was a counter with a slush machine and couple bottles behind it.
