PLEASE complain to ABTA - it is easy to do. Insist on your flight refunds from Loveholidays as it was a package -THEY booked the flights and whether or not they have got it back from the airline is irrelevant - your contract is with LH. Also use RESOLVER.
If ABTA staff do not deal with your issue in a timely manner, go to a manager.
