DO not use them. They have carefully planned their news announcements to ensure they don't have to pay people back for being unable too supply the holiday they booked!
They will take your money and you CANNOT contact them. They make it impossible. Use another ravel operator with real terms and conditions - you really should not use them at all.
Bad customer service, impossible to contact, fraudulent terms and conditions. They should be avoided at all costs! Pay a little extra and avoid these jokers.
