We are due to go on holiday to Portugal on Tuesday - 14th July, I finally managed to get through on live chat on Monday only to be told that my holiday is still going ahead despite foreign office guidelines for only essential travel to Portugal and then having to isolate for 14 days when we get back if we do go!! When I asked why it’s not being cancelled - the generic response was your holiday is scheduled to go ahead - they then cut the live chat off !! So we are stuck with either losing our money for going on a holiday we aren’t safe to go on !! Do not use Loveholidays they aren’t fit to have ABTA or ATOL accreditation!! 😡😡😡
