They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with, they have not given my refund and kept my flight refund that Easy Jet paid them and i have been on hold 3 hours and they hang up. Disgusting company, i will be very surprised if they don't go bust as they have zero customer service skills. THIEVES
